To speed your boarding process on your dive day please download and fill in the Liability Release form. All divers must have their certification cards available and all passengers will need to fill in and sign a liability release before departure. If you are a frequent diver aboard the Beachhopper II fill in the "Trip Date" with the word "ALL" and the release can be used for that entire calendar year.
